Dave Harris and the Raleigh Ringers
The Raleigh Ringers will be the featured performers on Opening Night of the festival. Dave Harris will conduct massed ringing, and members of the Raleigh Ringers will teach classes on many aspects of ringing and performing.

To receive the convention rate, reservations must be made by May 11, 2019.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: 72 hours prior to date of arrival. If you would like to arrive before the festival or stay after the festival, the hotel will honor the convention rates for three (3) days prior and post June 13-15, 2019.
The fine print:
Check in is after 3pm and check out is 11am.
No cash will be accepted at check in.
Room rates are subject to local sales, occupancy, and tourism taxes.
There will be a $50 authorization for incidentals at the time of check in.
Individuals will be required to provide a valid debit or credit card at the time of booking in order to guarantee reservation.

* Meals: Friday lunch and dinner, Saturday lunch. (Breakfasts are included for guests at the convention hotel.)
* One ticket to the Raleigh Ringers concert, Thursday, June 13, 2019, 7:30 at the University of New Orleans.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be requested IN WRITING.
If RECEIVED by April 15: you may receive a 50% refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00
AFTER APRIL 15, registration is NON-REFUNDABLE.
